"It will not do to merely listen to great principles. You must apply them to your life. That is called practice."

Who is private yoga for?

Private or one-on-one yoga is always recommended for beginning students, particularly those who wish to attend large group classes where there is little, if any, personal attention from a yoga instructor. Students who have specific physical or medical concerns should meet with a trained yoga professional privately before embarking on a yoga program. Advanced students are also great candidates for private study, as it will help to deepen their practice and allow the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of yoga.

What do you get?

At Liv-Yoga you will get individualized attention from a highly qualified and accredited instructor. This means that each session is tailored to meet your needs for the day as well as meet your overall goals. After-session programs are custom made and complementary. These are given to students to extend the benefits of their yoga session as well as increase confidence and motivation, gradually decreasing the reliability on an instructor. These programs can range from an illustrated routine to a guided CD.
